What we collect
When you use the quote or contact form we collect the details you enter:
- your name, phone number and email address
- the area or Eircode of the job
- details about the job, your preferred times for a site visit and any message you write
- any photos you choose to upload
If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and sent to our email inbox (Yahoo Mail). Netlify is based in the United States. See Netlify's privacy policy for how it protects data transferred outside the EU.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries, including any photos you send, for between 6 and 12 months. After that they are deleted from our website host and our email inbox.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set any cookies unless you agree to them. Analytics only loads after you select Accept in the cookie banner. If you select Reject, nothing is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
Google Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It tells us how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (country or city), the type of device and browser, which website sent them here, and whether the quote form was sent or the phone, email or WhatsApp links were tapped.
We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and we do not combine this information with anything that identifies you. The legal basis is your consent.
Google may process this data in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Google Analytics keeps this data for no longer than 14 months, then deletes it automatically.

Your choice
Your Accept or Reject choice is saved in your browser's local storage (under the name ft-analytics-consent) so we don't ask on every page. It contains only your choice and stays until you clear your browser data.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you switch from Accept to Reject, analytics stops straight away. To remove cookies already set, clear this site's cookies in your browser settings.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above.
